Normal Vaginal Delivery

This is the most common birth method. During a vaginal delivery, the uterus contracts and thins, opening the cervix and pushing the baby through the vagina. Dr.Swati Rai prefers vaginal deliveries as they are generally safer for the fetus and the person giving birth.
